This is an example of After a Rewrite “The true measure of society is in how it cares for those who cannot care for themselves, those in the dawn of life, the children.” - Hubert H. Humphrey, 1968
The CENTER is grounded on the understanding that each of us is created for a purpose much greater than our natural selves. Discovering this purpose and undertaking fulfilling it on all levels is a big part of reaching the peace, joy, and abundantly healthy lifestyle we are created for. We are totally committed to helping all our clients reach a vibrantly healthy and whole lifestyle with healthy relationships. Our program provides effective assistance for children and adults with a range of physical, mental and emotional issues, including such conditions as ADD, ADHD, and autism. AUTISM: 10 years ago approximately 1 in 10,000 children had Autism while today it is 1 in 150 children and increasing. For autistic clients we follow the Sun Rise program from the Options Institute which has facilitated the recovery of thousands of autistic children. We are in a secluded location that allows for total serenity. Our counselors and teachers are all professionally qualified. We establish a safe, stimulating, staff facilitated, family-style support setting. We use natural, integrated, alternative health care modalities including massage, reflexology, herbs, homeopathy, acupressure, color light therapy, far infra red heat, exercise, education, hands on training, and worship. We show clients how to use good tasting whole foods to balance their body chemistry and to eliminate nutritional deficiencies and toxicity. We also provide shelter, counseling, anger management, domestic violence prevention, and resources for treatment of substance addictions. And we incorporate relationship and community oriented living skills; vocational, recreational, and social resources; and build spiritual foundations all to increase self-respect, enhance positive moral principles, and foster healthy self-worth and confidence. All of this facilitates healing, in part by activating as much as possible each client’s comprehensive self healing system of which the immune system is just one element. There is nothing like seeing someone be able to walk again after being confined to a wheel chair for years, seeing a non functional child become functional and able to communicate, or seeing a loved one go into remission or recover from cancer or some other life threatening disease. Whenever possible we work with client’s health care providers to get the best results possible. However, most insurance companies do not cover services for autism or many of our other services. THE NEED IS GREAT! FAMILIES ARE REACHING OUT FOR HELP! We are ready to respond , but we need YOUR help to take our plan to the next level! Adequate funding is the only barrier preventing us from accomplishing these goals. We need a minimum of $850,000 to expand our facilities including additional therapy rooms, play rooms, and other facilities. We also need working capital of $500,000 annually to maintain and grow this organization. Please accept our sincere appreciation for the work you do in --------------. After reviewing the enclosed material we hope you’ll share our excitement about our mission that will significantly impact our community and country. We respectfully submit this letter seeking your funding support for this crucial campaign. We are excited about partnering with your organization to get where God has called us to be.
Respectfully submitted, ----------- M.H., H., I.C.B.W., I.C.R. Masters in Herbology Homeopath Internationally Certified Body Worker Internationally Certified Reflexologist
